It was essential to ensure our training was diversified to meet the expectations of agents who want to produce at above-average performance levels. My prior experience involves being a multi-unit operator for a portfolio of health clubs in Colorado. My responsibility was to meet and exceed P&L revenue budgets exceeding 1 million dollars monthly through increasing top-line revenue and minimizing costs. I was responsible for hiring, training, and developing single-unit operators. I was tasked to implement and conduct succession meetings, financial reviews, and sales training within many layers of the organization. I was also responsible for assessing core and leadership competencies through daily, weekly, and monthly assessments to take decisive action affecting the business. My experience gained me many personal and professional friendships that help me network today. This network of influential leaders continues to help me grow, and I will forever be thankful for the experience gained by such a successful organization. Over the last five years, we have developed ancillary businesses exceeded revenue targets of 1+ million annually.
