Alex Harkins is the Chief Training Officer for Thomas Harkins Training, we specialize in sales training, process and business development. Alex has been in the Automotive industry for over 3 decades, starting on the sales floor at the age of 18, by his 20th birthday he was amongst the top 10% of sales people for General Motors in the country. Over the following 10 years he achieved great success in all levels of management, including New Vehicles Sales Manager, F&I Management and at 23 years old was the youngest GSM, running a very successful GM dealership.
In 1999, Alex made the decision to open an automotive sales training company, Alex has worked with hundreds of sales consultant’s, managers, and top executives, he has also customized workshops and training programs for Subaru, Volvo, Mazda and Chrysler, leading to increased sales volumes, customer satisfaction, a more customer centric sales process and overall profitability. Alex’s 3 decades of sales and management experience, combined with his passion for personal development, have resulted in a very successful training career in the Automotive industry.
