Ten years ago, Aaron was newly married and burdened with hundreds of thousands of $ of debt. He wanted to be rich, but worried about the future and didn’t know where to begin. He feared losing his job while just surviving was a challenge. He wondered if and how anyone could ever truly succeed in life. Where do you learn how money works? He sought to resolve the recurring issues in his personal finances by committing to getting out of debt and gleaning the wisdom of others including reading voraciously about selling, and the biographies of the wealthy.
This journey led him to not only paying off all of his debt and living with financial peace and hope, but also to supporting hundreds of people in their own financial quest for wholeness through personal financial literacy and self-discipline.
Along the way, he was hired on to open a brand new commercial leg of an enterprise previously focused on municipal sales. Bringing this knowledge of selling and disciplines built in the trenches, he parlayed that opportunity into over $30 million dollars of business, including the sales teams he built and continues to lead, train, and develop.
No stranger to overcoming obstacles, he’s developed the action driven skills it takes to serve clients, identify needs, and design teams to tackle objectives to completion. Today, his teams service clients around the world from small businesses to companies with over 100,000 employees. He is now committed to sharing what he learns with other sales leaders to increase their personal and business top line = SALES!
