Maryam Essa Al Ali Purpose is to help others embrace their authentic-self to serve a bigger purpose. Maryam is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. She is the founder of Ghebsha Training Center, Ghebsha is a local word that means Dawn. The center provides training, coaching, and speaking services to add the community by empowering women and youth. In addition, she is working with corporate and government institutions on leadership development. Maryam has been investing heavily in her personal growth since her first trip ever on a plane to the United States in June 2008 to attend a women empowerment conference in Massachusetts. Maryam’s strategy for personal growth is Add-Ons and Pass-Ons, with every new Add-On experience, she delivers three Pass-Ons about the same experience.
