My wife, April, and I have been married for 25 years, and we have 8 children together. I have been serving people for over 20 years in both profit and non-profit organizations. I have been a certified coach since August, 2019.
The methods I have employed to facilitate growth to others range from 6-10 person mastermind groups, lunch-and-learn style group training, and individual coaching/mentoring. I have served many business leaders through phone calls, conference calls, virtual meeting rooms (Zoom), and, of course, in-person sessions. Additionally, I have served established businesses and start-ups by helping them polish or develop their mission statement, core values, and other key systems and processes.
Recruiting talent, onboarding and training new hires, evaluating team members, navigating conflict, holding candid conversations, and releasing team members honorably are all ways I have assisted leadership.
Lastly, I believe that the difference-maker for any business in any industry is extraordinary customer service. However, a business with an unhealthy team culture will likely never achieve a healthy customer culture. Therefore, building a team, developing the leadership, and structuring the business deliverables in a way that exceeds the expectations of the customer is one of the main focuses of TMC Coaching & Consulting.
