My name is Dr. Ala Lysyk and I am honored to meet you. Born and raised in Canada with 4 older brothers and strict European parents I always had to dig deep and perform at a top level to ensure my voice and stand was heard. I participated in all sports, but excelled in soccer and was a member of the Canadian National University Soccer Championship Team in 1988 (Queen’s University). I set my intention early on in my youth to become a physician of some sort as I wanted to help people resolve their chronic health issues. I chose the path of Chiropractic and in 1994, I graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic. I have been practicing for 25 years in Fergus Falls, MN and my emphasis has been on mild traumatic brain injury (concussion) and the latent effects of brain injury. In 2019 I opened Cereset-Fargo (Fargo, ND) providing my community with access to a brain based technology that allows the brain to reset, rebalance and relax without external influence. Simultaneously, I opened a satellite Chiropractic-Neurology practice in Fargo, ND. I 3X my work load, but did not 3X my revenue. I was in the same boat again: working more and making less. In search of solutions to better understand how to change my business model, I was introduced, via social media, to Grant Cardone’s Sales Training Platform. I attended a Business Boot Camp in October 2019 and was overcome with business brilliance. Grant Cardone sales training and Cardone University were the bridge to fill the gaps in my “successful” but not at that time “scalable” businesses. I discovered the missing ingredient in my businesses: sales trained staff! I finally made sense of my past business mistakes and had access to a proven method for generating revenue, in a scalable fashion. That was not enough. I wanted more. For the first time in my life I began to understand what purpose money served. “Money gives you access”, Grant says. I was dumbfounded by this statement and it changed by “broken think” that “hard work” would be the formula for my success. Wrong! The secret to success is exchanging money for access. I attended a licensee presentation at the Boot Camp and committed to becoming the first ever Global Platinum Licensee. This immediately gave me access and proximity to Grant Cardone, his team and his entire business training platform. In 2020 I will launch the first ever Chiro University powered by Grant Cardone’s Sales Platform and will provide access to my industry of Chiropractic, sales training, coaching and mentoring that will scale their practices and transform their “think” from “doctor” to “entrepreneur. I won’t stop there! I am establishing a mentoring and coaching platform for small businesses to assist them in establishing Grant’s sales training in their business culture and solve their #1 problem: undertrained sales staff! My intention now is to become a billionaire. A billion relationships, a billion conversations, a billion experiences.
